Philosophy In Action is a ground-level effort to promote character development and social justice through a tripartite study and practical implementation of philosophy.  Our principal mission is to help produce a more cogitative and ethical society.

Our initial efforts will concentrate on teaching introductory courses in philosophy and logic to high school students and correctional inmates.

We have also joined forces with the Cantonese and Toisan Cultural Society to provide free-of-charge English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction.  The classes take place on Wednesday evenings 5:30-8pm, at the Silk Road, 30 Mott Street, New York City.

For more information please call our office, (212) 518-3336.  You may also contact the Group founder by cell phone (917) 916-0091.
